Disable Aero on Windows Vista
Trinicom remote support works best in Vista by
following these steps before starting
the connection:
Right-click on the desktop and choose
Personalize. Click the "Window Color and Appearance"
link:

Then in the next screen, click the link near the bottom for "Open classic appearance properties for
more color options"

Now choose Windows Vista Basic in this screen,
then click OK:

Trinicom remote support works best in Windows 7 by following these steps before starting
the connection:
Right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize.
Scroll down, and choose Windows 7 Classic in this screen.
Then, continue below...

1. First click the
button to get our remote support
software
2. When prompted to open or save the file select Open.

3. When the zip file opens double-click Trinicom Remote Support.exe.

4. If prompted, click run at the security warning.

5. Double-click on the technicians name when the program starts

Your technician should now be able to control your computer remotely.
