First and foremost Trinicom Communications positioned it's self with local upstream internet providers to provide the best interconnectivity and quality for all the Internet Service providers in the Houston Area. Trinicom Communications, LLC owns and manages our own falut tolerant NOC (Network Operations Center) in North West Houston Texas. We have two different metro fiber optic carriers bringing geographic directional diverse feeds into our building. We tap the full power of the fiber optic grid to deliver high levels of service for all of our clients. We Speak BG4 Routing to our upstream providers for our Load Balancing and Fault Tolerant routing. We have built our NOC with Redundant cooling, Secure access, 24 hour Monitored security systems, inferred video cameras, Raised flooring, 60,000 watt diesel generator, and our surrounding office even has bugler bars. Our networking and DS3 t1 routers are all CISCO, we even purchased extra hot spare routers in case of any failures so we have everything on hand.

Our hosted phone system servers are powered by Asterisk running on Linux servers. We choose Asterisk because of the rich features and the huge install base that has proved that it has and will stand up to the most crucial business needs. Since it runs on the Linux platform (the most trusted Operating system for internet applications) on our custom built RAID based servers our uptime has been 100%. Asterisk is constantly upgraded and new features added, this enables us to pass on new telecom technologies to our clients at no cost to them. This ensures your VoIP hosted Phone system service will never be outdated with emerging telecom technologies.

We not only have invested in our NOC we have also invested in the personal to make it work right. Our network engineers are talented in the arts of Cisco routing, Linux and Telecom technologies. We cover your entire hosted Phone system for you, from help desk issues on the phones themselves, to any connection carrier issues through out the world. Since our engineers have complete control of our NOC we are not at the mercy of an other vendor in designing, executing and managing mission critical solutions for our clients.
